Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day everyone!

I've got a brand new digital camera/recorder, so to break it in, I took a video of a training session with Gizmo. He's still not quite used to the slippery floor, so the command "shake" was giving him a bit of trouble. Once he gets a little more sure of his footing it shouldn't be a problem:

  1. Hello,

My name is Breanna, I was writing you because my boyfriend and I are in the process of adopting our first fox! A male, from Redmon Fox in Ohio. We live in Ohio, have for years and are very excited to be getting our new baby! We have done a lot of research and obviously still are (that's how I ran in to your blog). I absolutely love what you are doing and was wondering if there was any advice you could give to me about bringing home our first fox. We do have two labs who absolutely love everything and everyone, so we are not worried about them hurting him at all. Any tips on how to introduce them? Also, what kind of housing do you recommend? We are planning on giving him an entire room for when we are not home, of course fox-proofing it though! I was hoping for your opinion. I have been up all night reading your blogs and cannot stop, I love love love your stories and find myself laughing out loud through most of them :) Gizmo seems like such a great fox, I want to do everything possible to ensure that ours is as trained and loving as yours is, anything you can give would be great! thanks so much :)
